For the first couple years you make stuff, it’s just not that good. It’s trying to be good, it has potential, but it’s not. And your taste is why your work disappoints you. A lot of people never get past this phase, they quit. Most people I know who do interesting, creative work went through years of this. And if you are just starting out or you are still in this phase, you gotta know its normal and the most important thing you can do is do a lot of work. Amazing. Inspiring. Kickass.

Great list livelifehappy.com team! Kuddos to you!

I liked all of these 124 quotes. (Yup I read them all quotes sucker as I am :) ) But my favorite one in the list is “To create one’s own world takes courage” which quite resonates with me at the moment because I am planning to take a year off and travel RTW but my family is against the idea. I am trying to create my own world and I do need courage.

Thanks for these amazing quotes.

Love the collection of quotes! This one is very true – “The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off”.
